OFFICIAL RULES

Entry Pricing: $1.00 for 1 entry • $5.00 for 6 entries • $10.00 for 12 entries

Entry Deadline: Every Monday at 7:00 PM

Drawing Time: Every Monday at approximately 7:30 PM

Deck: Standard 52-card deck, no Jokers

OFFICIAL TIME

All times stated in these rules are Louie's Corner House bar times.

The clock located above the register is the official Louie's Corner House clock used to determine entry deadlines and drawing times. This clock is approximately 15 minutes fast.

Participants are responsible for submitting entries before the time displayed on the official bar clock. Personal watches, phones, or other devices will not be used to determine eligibility.

Example: When the clock above the register displays 7:00 PM, entry sales are closed, even though the actual time may be approximately 6:45 PM.

1. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase entries or participate.

Entry pricing:

• 1 entry for $1.00
• 6 entries for $5.00
• 12 entries for $10.00

Participants must complete an official Queen of Hearts entry slip and submit it to the bartender or designated Louie's Corner House employee with payment.

Each entry slip must include:

• Legal first and last name
• Telephone number
• Selected card number

Entries must be complete and legible.

Each entry belongs only to the individual whose legal name appears on the entry slip. Entries may not be shared, transferred, assigned, sold, or claimed by another person.

Only the individual whose name appears on the selected entry may claim a prize.

Submitted entries become the property of Louie's Corner House. Customers will not receive or retain a copy of their entry slip.

2. ENTRY DEADLINE AND VALIDITY

Entries must be submitted and paid for by 7:00 PM every Monday according to the official Louie's Corner House bar clock to qualify for that evening's drawing.

Entries are valid only for the drawing for which they were purchased.

Entries do not carry over from week to week.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be included in that week's drawing.

All unselected entries will be discarded after each drawing.

3. ENTRY RECORDS

Louie's Corner House will maintain submitted entry slips as the official record of entries.

Additional records may include:

• Entry date and time
• Amount paid
• Participant name
• Telephone number
• Selected card number

If a discrepancy occurs, Louie's Corner House records and submitted entry slips will determine eligibility.

Entries that are lost, damaged, destroyed, or cannot be verified will not be eligible for a prize.

4. WEEKLY DRAWING

One eligible entry slip will be randomly selected from the drawing container at approximately 7:30 PM every Monday according to the official Louie's Corner House bar clock.

The selected entry determines the participant and card number revealed on the Queen of Hearts board.

Selecting an entry does not automatically win the jackpot. The selected card must be the Queen of Hearts.

If the selected card is not the Queen of Hearts, no jackpot is awarded and the progressive jackpot continues.

If the Queen of Hearts is revealed, the jackpot will be paid according to these rules.

After each drawing, all remaining entries from that drawing will be discarded.

5. CARD SELECTION

The Queen of Hearts board consists of a standard 52-card deck with no Jokers.

The selected card number must be clearly identifiable.

If a selected entry has a missing, altered, or illegible card number, the entry may be declared invalid and another entry may be selected.

Once submitted, card selections cannot be changed.

Employees may not alter entries after submission.

6. QUEEN OF HEARTS PAYOUT

If the Queen of Hearts is revealed and the selected winner is physically present at Louie's Corner House at the time of the drawing, the winner receives:

90% OF THE ELIGIBLE JACKPOT

The remaining 10% rolls over into the following week's progressive jackpot.

7. WINNER NOT PRESENT

If the Queen of Hearts is revealed and the selected winner is not physically present at Louie's Corner House at the time of the drawing:

• The winner receives 50% of the eligible jackpot
• The remaining 50% rolls over into the following week's progressive jackpot

The winner does not forfeit the prize solely because they were not present.

The winner must contact Louie's Corner House and complete required identification and tax documentation before payment.

The prize must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days of the drawing.

If not claimed within seven days, the unclaimed amount will be added back to the progressive jackpot, subject to applicable law.

8. SINGLE WINNER REQUIREMENT

Each entry must identify one individual participant only.

Multiple people may not share ownership of an entry or prize.

Louie's Corner House will only recognize and pay the individual whose legal name appears on the selected entry slip.

Louie's Corner House is not responsible for disputes between individuals regarding ownership of an entry.

9. DUPLICATE ENTRIES

Participants may purchase multiple entries.

Each entry is a separate chance in the drawing.

Participants may select the same card number on multiple entries.

If multiple entries select the same card number, only the entry selected from the drawing container determines that week's winner.

10. TAXES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

All winnings are the responsibility of the winner for federal, state, and local tax purposes.

Louie's Corner House will comply with applicable federal and state tax reporting and withholding requirements.

Winners may be required to provide:

• Valid government-issued identification
• Social Security number or taxpayer identification number (TIN)
• Required IRS documentation

When required by law, gambling winnings will be reported using IRS Form W-2G, Certain Gambling Winnings.

If federal gambling withholding is required, Louie's Corner House will withhold the applicable amount required by law, including the current 24% federal withholding rate where applicable.

If a winner does not provide a valid TIN when required, Louie's Corner House may be required to apply IRS backup withholding at the applicable rate.

Payment may be issued by check after all required documentation has been completed.

11. INVALID ENTRIES

An entry may be declared invalid if:

• Required information is missing
• Information cannot be read or verified
• Entry was submitted after the deadline
• Entry fee was not received
• Entry was altered after submission
• Entry was not purchased for the current drawing

If an invalid entry is selected, another eligible entry may be selected.

12. EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION

Employee participation is subject to applicable law.

No employee or manager may alter, add, remove, substitute, or manipulate entries after submission.

All drawings will be conducted fairly according to these rules.

13. CHANGES, DISPUTES, AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Louie's Corner House reserves the right to modify these rules when necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Any dispute regarding an entry, drawing, winner, or prize will be reviewed by Louie's Corner House management.

Louie's Corner House records and submitted entries will determine eligibility and results.

This Queen of Hearts drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

If any portion of these rules is determined to be invalid, the remaining portions will remain in effect.
